Lie-Games 2011 - 14th games of the small states of europe

Aims of the LieGames

It’s the second time after 1999, that Liechtenstein will host the Games of the Small States in Europe. The Liechtenstein Olympic Sports Association and the entire country intend to return the hospitality and friendship that athletes from Liechtenstein could experience at the GSSE in the other countries.
Furthermore we will take the chance to promote the national sports and the country of Liechtenstein beyond the national borders.
Last but not least the games will be organized by giving highest importance to ecological and economical aspects.
